Verification Worksheets for the 2025-26 academic year
If your 2025-26 FAFSA® indicates that it was selected for the federal verification process, you will need to print, complete, sign, and submit one of the verification worksheets listed below to the financial aid office. Please view your financial aid portal to determine which worksheet is required for your application.
If your FAFSA was selected for the Aggregate Verification process, you will need to submit both the Standard and the Custom Verification Worksheets to the financial aid office.
NOTE: You don't need to submit a worksheet and supporting documentation to us unless you plan to attend for the 2025-26 year.
- Standard Verification Worksheet (V1) -- This worksheet will be available by the end of March 2025.
- Custom Verification Worksheet (V4) -- This worksheet will be available by the end of March 2025.
