Hampshire College Joins Massachusetts Independent College Transfer Guarantee Program
The move is part of Hampshire’s continuing commitment to making the College more accessible to transfer students.
As part of Hampshire’s continuing commitment to making the College more accessible to transfer students, Hampshire recently signed on to the Massachusetts Independent College Transfer Guarantee program. This program ensures acceptance to Hampshire College for students who hold an associate degree from a Massachusetts community college and have met a minimum GPA requirement of 2.50.
Students who transfer to Hampshire through the Massachusetts Guarantee Program will be offered a merit scholarship upon acceptance ranging from $12,000 to $24,000. Merit Scholarships are renewable each year a student attends Hampshire for up to six semesters as long as the student maintains satisfactory academic progress and continuous full-time enrollment. Additional scholarships are also available to students with GPAs of 3.00 or higher.
