Photos by Hampshire Students Chosen for Flash Forward Festival
Photographs by Hampshire College students Jamie Feiler, Abby Hanus, and Sara Salazar have been selected for the Flash Forward Festival’s undergraduate exhibit in Boston during May.
The festival celebrates the talents of the best college juniors and seniors enrolled in photography programs throughout New England states during the current academic year.
Inclusion is “a huge honor, and very humbling,” said Hanus, whose selected image is a black-and-white large format platinum print entitled My Space. “As a photographer, getting recognition is validation that my work is something worth being looked at,” Hanus said.
