Chiyo Ishikawa 76F
Ishikawa was the Seattle Art Museum’s deputy director and curator of European painting and sculpture before retiring in 2020. She has curated many exhibitions, among them, Spain in the Age of Exploration 1492-1819 and Leonardo Lives: The Codex Leicester and Leonardo da Vinci’s Legacy of Art and Science. The Consul General of France presented her with the insignia of Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Arts et Lettres for her contributions to French culture.
