Rhys Ernst 01S

Ernst is a filmmaker and artist who seeks to develop and expand upon the portrayal of trans lives. A co-producer of Amazon’s Golden Globe-winning show Transparent, Ernst was awarded with the ACLU Liberty Award for his work on transgender representation in the media. His debut feature film, Adam, premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival, won awards at Outfest, Oslo Fusion, and the Mezipatra Film Festival, and was nominated for a 2020 GLAAD award.
