The mission of the Office of Human Resources is to advocate for and support our employees to inspire success and well-being among employees and the College.
The Office of Human Resources guides and supports all employees, departments, and divisions at the College on policies, procedures, and best practices. Our core services and competencies include recruitment, hiring, compensation, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, and compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
