Weather Information for Events

All events scheduled at Hampshire College must follow the delay or cancellation schedule of the college. Delay or cancellation information will be communicated by the Special Programs and Events Office to the contact for each group as soon as decisions have been made.

If inclement weather is a factor, please take one of the steps listed below. It is the contact's responsibility to alert participants of delays or cancellations.

If the college is closed or evacuated all events will be cancelled. The college reserves the right to determine the cancellation of any event. If the college is closed because of weather-related circumstances, the group will not be responsible for food and beverage costs.
