What to Do if You Have an Emergency

Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• All emergency requests for service should be called in to the facilities and grounds office at 413.559.6289.

Once the call is made, please log in to Maintenance Direct and submit backup to your request for recording purposes. Technicians will be dispatched by radio to address your request. We will make every effort to respond as promptly as possible.

Emergencies that occur on weekends and after hours

• Should be called in to campus safety and security at 413.559.5424.

A technician will be requested to come in only if the nature of the request is a true emergency. All other requests will be forwarded to facilities and grounds via Maintenance Direct as a priority work order for the next business day.
