2025 Open Enrollment
Open enrollment for 2025 benefits will open on November 1, 2024, and run through November 22, 2024, at 4 p.m. This is your annual opportunity to review your current benefit elections and make changes based on your needs for the upcoming year. All changes will be effective January 1, 2025. The following is some general information about the open enrollment period:
- This year, we are conducting a passive open enrollment, which means you do not have to complete a benefit enrollment form if you are not making any changes to your coverage.
- You will need to complete the form if you want to drop/enroll in coverage, change plans, or add/remove a dependent/spouse/partner. Open enrollment is the only time of year you can make changes without a qualifying event.
- Open enrollment will take place in November and all benefit forms should be submitted to the Office of Human Resources no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, November 22 to ensure processing for January 1, 2025.
- Employees enrolled in Flex Plans (HSA and FSA), both medical and dependent care, will need to renew their accounts for January 1, 2025, by completing a new open enrollment form below.
