IMPACT Interns of Color Networking Group -  A Google Group that provides a variety of internship opportunities from consulting to software engineering for students of color.

Institute for the Recruitment of Teachers (IRT) - Recruits students of color and other scholars interested in diversity and supports them in the process of applying to graduate school and getting funding to pursue masters degrees in education with teacher certification.

NEMNET - Employment opportunities in education for marginalized students (requires free registration).

Jobwell - A career advancement platform for Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals. They also help companies with their marketing, diversity recruitment, and retention.

Bilingual Crossing - The largest collection of bilingual jobs on earth.

Leadership Alliance Summer Research Early Identification Program (SR-EIP) - Designed to encourage students from groups traditionally underrepresented in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities to consider research careers in the academic, public, or private sectors. This all-expense-paid summer internship provides students with a competitive stipend, travel, and housing.

Studio Institute: Arts Intern - Provides opportunities for skilled college undergraduates with financial need to experience arts professions through paid internships.

Getty Marrow Undergraduate Internships - Paid summer internships at museums and visual arts organizations in LA for college students from backgrounds underrepresented in the arts.

Diversity in Arts Leadership Internship (DIAL) - Matches undergraduate students from backgrounds underrepresented in arts leadership with dynamic communities, energetic host arts organizations, and mentors, to guide students’ personal and professional growth throughout the summer.

Black / African-American

  • Black Collegian Online - The Black Collegian Online provides career and grad school resources, a job bank, and employer profiles.
  • The Institute for Responsible Citizens - A scholar program that serves African American male college students and offers a rigorous experience that includes internships, professional development, and a variety of social activities.

Hispanic / Latino

  • Hispanic Heritage Foundation - The Latinos on Fast Track (LOFT) program can help you find an internship or job in the private or public sectors. Free lifetime membership.
  • LatPro - A website with job listings for Latino professionals or bilingual Spanish speakers.
  • Saludos - A site for Hispanic students - search for an employer of your choice, post your resume, and apply.

Native American

  • Native American Jobs - Site for Native American job seekers or those who want to work in Native American communities and reservations.

IM Diversity - Career site devoted to serving the cultural and career-related needs of minorities. Check their “Diversity Villages” under their main menu for more resources for African Americans, Hispanic Americans, minorities globally, Asian Americans, Women, and Native Americans.

The Memo LLC - Coaching, advising, and career development for women of color. This platform goes beyond surface level workplace issues (ex: communication challenges) and digs deep to uncover solutions on hot topics such as “Intersectionality at Work,” “Overcoming Microaggressions,” and “Building Alliances At Work.”

Diversity in the Workplace - Article from DeVry University sharing insights and strategies related to diversity for 2020 and beyond.

Diversity Jobs - Search engine with jobs from diversity-friendly employers.

Diversity Working - Search engine that allows you to post a resume to the employer of your choice.

Urban League Center - The Urban League Employment Network and Career Center is designed for multicultural students to find full-time employment and internships. Check out “Programs and Services” for free workforce development programs on coding, graphic design, computer literacy, sales, job placement assistance, and more.

Asian American

Asian American Journalists Association -  A membership nonprofit advancing diversity in newsrooms and ensuring fair and accurate coverage of communities of color. AAJA has more than 1,500 members across the United States and Asia.

Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund - Protecting and promoting the civil rights of Asian Americans through litigation, advocacy, education, and organization since 1974.

Career India - Community-based site with an emphasis on personal and social interests. There are international job listings, news, sports, social, and entertainment pages. You can even register your resume and conduct a job search.

The National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) - A non-profit organization working to enhance Asian American leadership in careers and their communities, with a focus on professional development: panels, workshops, and seminars. Black / African-American

Black Enterprise - Black-owned multimedia company. Published annual list of largest African American companies in the country, “B.E. 100’s.”

Black Excel - Lists contact information for summer research opportunities to gain experience and enhance medical school applications for undergraduate African American students.

National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) - Though the site is designed for students in technical fields, the information on programs, career fairs, and other activities, as well as the tools and articles, may be helpful for Hampshire students in cognitive science and natural science.

UNCF - Search through hundreds of scholarship and grant programs administered by UNCF.

Hispanic / Latino

iHispano - Information on Hispanic and diversity jobs.

Hispanic Network Magazine - An Hispanic career and lifestyle site featuring articles, links, and networking services designed to connect you with top employers seeking to expand and diversify their workplace.

Native American

American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) - A national nonprofit organization focused on substantially increasing the representation of Indigenous peoples of North America and the Pacific Islands in STEM studies and careers.

Advance Native Political Leadership (Advance): Native Leadership Institute (NLI) - A national training institute created by and for Indigenous peoples, focused on building pathways to leadership at all levels of government and political organizing in the United States.

Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB) - Our mission is to eliminate health disparities and improve the quality of life of American Indians and Alaska Natives by supporting Northwest Tribes in their delivery of culturally appropriate, high quality healthcare.

SPARC - Hampshire Career Center

Lebrón-Wiggins Pran Cultural Center (CC) - The Lebrón-Wiggins Pran Cultural Center provides a range of programs and resources to support and promote the success of students of color and international students at Hampshire College.

Asian American

Chinese Language, Movie, & Food Association - Our mission is to create a place for people who are interested in China, Chinese culture and Chinese food and help people who want to develop their Mandarin.

Junoon - Junoon is a South-Asian Club at Hampshire college, which will go on to organize all South-Asian events and performances and generally educate people about the South-Asian culture. Regardless of cultural background or exposure, this group is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about the different holidays and South Asian festivities.

Black / African-American

UMOJA - The Black Student Union is an organization that serves and is run by students of African descent. Its mission is threefold: to establish a support network among black students, promote social events open to the entire Hampshire community and the four surrounding area colleges, as well as exclusive events for members.

Hispanic / Latino

Raíces - Raíces strives to give a space for pan-Latinx's to share identities, hardships, and traditions to build community. We will provide a learning and collaborative decolonizing space for one another to address/take action against anti-blackness in our communities.
